OEM term: Body hinge pillar trim panel Source grade: A
- GM service sequence removes the door sill plate before the body/hinge-pillar trim panel; this is the OEM kick-panel equivalent.
- Work the panel free with a plastic trim tool, supporting the panel close to each retainer.
- Stop if the panel does not release normally and re-check the linked factory source for hidden fasteners or trim-option differences.
