Safety: Ignition off/key removed. Follow the vehicle manufacturer's battery/SRS precautions. Use plastic trim tools and do not force a panel that resists.
Ford Mustang (2005–2009)
OEM term: Cowl side/footwell trim Source grade: B
- Use factory trim/manual sequence for the S197 lower footwell; Q-Forms permanently sacrifices the factory footrest.
- Work the panel free with a plastic trim tool, supporting the panel close to each retainer.
- Stop if the panel does not release normally and re-check the linked factory source for hidden fasteners or trim-option differences.
