QL-K3006 — OEM side-cowl trim removal guide for 1995–1999 Dodge Neon.
Safety: Ignition off/key removed. Follow factory battery/SRS precautions.

- At the kick-panel area, disengage the clips holding the side cowl trim to the cowl-side panel.
- Separate the cowl trim from the vehicle.
- For installation, align the locating pins with the cowl-panel holes and press the clips back into their slots.
