QL-K3008 OEM Kick Panel Removal Instructions

QL-K3008 — OEM kick/cowl-side trim removal guide for 2000 Dodge Dakota and 1998–2000 Durango.

Safety: Ignition off/key removed. Follow factory battery/SRS precautions.

Dakota/Durango

OEM term: Cowl-side inner panel / cowl trim cover   Source grade: B

  1. Remove the front door-sill trim pieces that overlap the lower cowl-side panels.
  2. Remove the fastener(s) securing the cowl trim cover.
  3. Release the panel from its remaining retainers and remove it from the footwell.

Q-Forms note: Installation calls for a 3/4-inch parking-brake bend.
